By downloading, accessing, or using the Longevify mobile application or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Longevify provides tools to scan, track, and learn about microplastic and toxin exposure in everyday products. The Service is for general wellness and informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, interfere with the Service's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through the app stores or payment providers you use to subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable store's terms. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

All content, branding, and software provided through the Service are owned by Longevify or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved from its use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longevify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms in the app or on the website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
